Massive Open Online Courseware (MOOC) คือหลักสูตร (Course) ที่เรียนออนไลน์ (Online) จากระบบที่เปิดให้ใช้งานฟรี (Open) และรองรับผู้เรียนจำนวนมาก (Massive) ผู้เรียนสามารถเชื่อมต่อเข้าไปดูวิดีโอการบรรยาย เข้าไปฝึกปฏิบัติ ทำแบบทดสอบแบบฝึกหัด หรือเข้าไปร่วมสนทนากับผู้เรียนอื่นๆ ได้ โดยมีบริการดังต่อไปนี้
